• The AI character is not a real person
• The AI does not represent a real individual
• The AI does not provide professional advice (medical, legal, psychological, or financial)

All interactions are fictional and intended solely for entertainment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and comply with all applicable laws.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Promote hate, violence, or illegal activities
• Generate or request content involving minors
• Present the AI as a real person
• Bypass safety systems or content filters

6. Content Disclaimer

All content generated by the AI is automated and may be fictional, inaccurate, or incomplete. It should not be relied upon as factual or professional advice.

7. Emotional Dependency Disclaimer

The App is not intended to replace real human relationships. The AI is a simulated companion and does not provide emotional, psychological, or therapeutic support.

8. In-App Purchases

The App may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. All payments are handled by the App Store or Google Play and are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the App, including software, characters, visuals, and AI behavior, are owned by Mo Lab or its licensors.

10. Termination

Mo Lab reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mo Lab shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
